Boiler Repairs & Installations
Keep the heat on — we know our way around every common boiler brand.
We're RGII registered gas installers, which means we're legally authorised to carry out all gas boiler work in Ireland. This isn't a nice-to-have — it's a legal requirement. Any plumber working on your gas boiler who isn't RGII registered is not covered by insurance, and their work isn't compliant.
We repair faults, carry out annual services, and install new boilers — including condensing boilers and system boiler upgrades. We work on Vaillant, Worcester Bosch, Baxi, Ideal, Potterton, and most other common brands found in Irish homes.

The tricky thing about leaks is that where water appears isn't always where the water is coming from. A wet patch on a downstairs ceiling might be caused by a pipe that runs under an upstairs floor — finding it quickly, without unnecessary damage, takes the right approach.
We use pressure testing to isolate sections of pipework and, where needed, thermal imaging to identify heat signatures that indicate hot water leaks behind walls or under screed floors. We'll tell you exactly what we've found and what's needed to fix it before we start any repair work.
A leaking pipe that's ignored doesn't get better — it causes rising damp, structural damage, and mould. If your water meter is ticking when nothing's switched on, there's a good chance you have a hidden leak.

A new bathroom starts with the plumbing being done right.
Whether you're replacing a tired suite, upgrading to a walk-in shower, or doing a full bathroom renovation, the plumbing needs to be solid before anything else happens. We work on all types of bathrooms — from compact en-suites in Dublin apartments to full family bathrooms in suburban houses.
We can supply and fit, or fit-only if you've already chosen your suite. We'll connect everything correctly, test it properly, and make sure water pressure and drainage are working as they should before we leave.
We work alongside tilers and builders regularly — if you're doing a full renovation, we can co-ordinate our schedule to fit around the other trades.

General Plumbing Maintenance
Small problems now are big problems later — we keep on top of them for you.
Not every call needs to be an emergency. Dripping taps, slow drains, running toilets, low water pressure — these things are annoying, sometimes wasteful, and can lead to bigger issues if left. We handle all of it.
For landlords and property managers, we offer annual maintenance contracts that cover regular inspections and reactive call-outs. It's useful for keeping properties in good order between tenancies and staying ahead of problems rather than being caught out by them.
